We keep the roadmap in the same repository as the architecture and the decision records. This is the public view of it. A milestone is “live” only when it is verified in production, not when the code merged.

Onboarding

Build — templates
The nine-stage template pipeline exists end to end with a founder approval gate. Live *.synapse.app DNS/TLS, real CI runners and CEO-review automation are deferred. 4 bundled templates against a target of 40.

Monetise
Stripe subscription checkout, plan management and Stripe Connect payouts are merged. Tier caps are entitlements, not yet hard-enforced. Legal set is draft v0.1 pending counsel.

CEO orchestrator

What we're not promising yet.
Integrate anything
A separate product that lets agent teams reach your existing CRM, billing, ERP and network equipment through generated MCP adapters. Design is complete; implementation has not started. Nothing customer-facing is promised before it reaches its own M2.
A website that writes itself
Every company already has a public site published from its repo. The agent that generates its content is being built.
Cheaper agent runtimes
We run parts of our own engineering on a local open-weight model behind a strict review gate, and are adding more executor kinds. Internal tooling today; a founder-facing option once it earns it.
