Catalation is the company behind Synapse. We are small, we run our own engineering on the same agent teams we sell, and we write down every architectural decision before we make it.

How we work

We are our own first customer.

Synapse is built by a CTO agent orchestrating dev, QA, security, docs and DevOps agents across a GitLab group — the same harness a founder deploys onto their board. Every merge passes a QA gate and a Security gate. The founder merges. Decisions live in numbered ADRs, and the roadmap on this site is generated from the same repository.
